Services During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Clients,

We are currently exercising heightened safety procedures in light of the current health crisis. These efforts are being made to insure the safety of all our clients and practitioners with regards to the spread of the Coronavirus. Additional disinfecting practices are in place as well as efforts to ensure limiting client to client exposure. Our practitioners have taken all steps to monitor their own well-being with great sensitivity to any symptoms concurrent with COVID-19.

COVID protocol

You will receive a COVID questionnaire via Jane a few hours before your appointment. It also outlines that in order to receive treatment, it is unlikely that a 2 metre distance will be maintained. We kindly request that all visiting patients equip themselves with medical or non-medical masks during their treatments. As we are following all of the necessary protocols outlined by Worksafe BC and the CTCMA (our governing body for Acupuncture) we ask that you understand and consent to the risks that come with receiving treatment during this time.
